Walls, ceilings, trim and doors. Holes filled, edges caulked, and two coats where two coats belong.

Siding, stucco, soffits and fascia. Pressure wash, scrape, prime the bare spots, then coat.

Cabinet refinishing
Doors come off, hardware comes out, everything gets degreased and sprayed for a flat factory finish.

Cracks, water stains, nail pops and old patches matched to the surrounding texture before paint.

Walkthrough
We meet at the house, measure, talk colors and sheen, and send a written estimate within 48 hours.

Prep
Furniture moved and covered, floors protected, surfaces washed, patched, sanded and taped. This is where the finish is won.

Paint
Primer where it's needed, then full coats of the exact products we quoted — no thinning, no shortcuts.

Final walkthrough
We walk the job with you, mark anything you want touched up, fix it that day, and haul everything out.
Who we are
A small crew that shows up
Celso's Painting and Improvements is family-run. The same people who quote your job are the ones on the ladder, and we take one house at a time so nothing sits half-finished while we chase the next contract.
We carry general liability insurance, pull permits where they are required, and back our work with a written two-year warranty on workmanship. If something is not right, call us. We come back.

Do I need to move my furniture?
No. We move what we can, cover the rest, and put everything back where it was.
What paint do you use?
Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore by default. If you want a different line, we will quote it.
Can you help pick colors?
Yes. We bring samples, paint two-foot squares on your wall, and let you look at them in daylight before anything is ordered.
How does payment work?
A deposit to hold the date, and the balance once you have signed off on the final walkthrough.
Do you work weekends?
Saturdays when the job calls for it. We agree on the schedule before we start.
